We all have days where our mood just isn’t the best. Maybe we’re feeling down on ourselves or everything just kind of turns us off. Those days are tough.
And maybe some times they’re warranted, but I’ve had a little too many bad days and strongly believe in the power of positivity. And self-love. I think we all need to be a little more kind to ourselves. Positive affirmations are a huge trend right now and I couldn’t be more excited about it. It’s about time we started treating ourselves better.
So today I’ve compiled a list of a few things I like to tell myself and reassure myself with every morning.
1. I am good enough.
2. My mistakes do not define me.
3. I’m awesome.
4. I’m capable of amazing things.
5. I am strong.
6. I’m here for a reason.
7. I will not beat myself up over the little things.
8. I will be kind and compassionate to others as well as myself.
And that is my list, short and sweet. To spread positivity you must first start with yourself, love yourself, be kind to yourself and the rest should follow.
