I’m a huge fan of all things pumpkin and by default pumpkin spice. I just love seasonal flavours. And pumpkin in general has so many great benefits including vitamin A and C, and it being high in antioxidants.
But unfortunately, the pumpkin spice latter isn’t vegan. At least not in North America, I’ve heard in some other countries they are now vegan. But the pumpkin syrup is made with skim milk and as someone who cannot tolerate dairy, that is a no-go.
But I still wanted to enjoy the seasonal flavour and save money while doing it and so, we have this simple vegan pumpkin spice creamer!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat milk
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 2-4 tbsp maple syrup (depending on how sweet you like it)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined!
- Transfer to a glass jar and enjoy in your morning coffee!
Also, this is the frother I use. It’s amazing!
I told you it was simple! And it has all the flavours of autumn without the dairy and the disposable cups. Plus, you don’t have to feel bad about enjoying it every. single. morning. I know my husband and I have been. But if you want to add a little coconut whipped cream on top for extra indulgence, I won’t judge!
