I don’t get to travel as much as I would like to, but when I do it’s crucial that I have everything I need in my toiletry bag. Because when travelling it’s so easy to rely on convenience items and create excess waste.
Everything I pack in my zero waste toiletry bag is a solid product so it’s super to carry around, take on a plane and creates no mess!
Here’s what’s in my zero waste toiletry bag:

1. Shampoo and Conditioner bars
I love shampoo and conditioner bars at home but they’re even better for travelling! Since they contain no water, they can go anywhere!

Of course, I have to pack a hairbrush. I’m loving this one that’s made for both wet and dry hair. This one is made from cornstarch, natural rubber and recycled nylon bristles!

3. Soap Bar
Super easy and super important! A little bar of soap goes a long way! I like to cut a full size bar into thirds and take one in my toiletry bag!

Toothpaste tabs are so easy to travel with because it doesn’t come in a tube and you can pack the exact amount you need! To use simply pop one in your mouth, chew it up and brush as normal! So easy!
The same goes for mouthwash tabs! These you just dissolve in a little bit of water and use as normal! So easy to use and travel with!

No zero waste toiletry bag is complete without a trusty bamboo toothbrush! I use these in my daily life so it’s only natural to pack it with me!

Whether to remove makeup or apply skincare, reusable cotton rounds are a must have!

I love my plastic-free native deodorant! I take it with me everywhere and you can even get mini ones for travel!

I love my reusable cotton swab and also can’t stand water/wax in my ears! So this is a must for travelling!

10. Leaf Shave
Now, I don’t pack my razor for every trip I go on. But especially longer trips and especially somewhere warm, I like to pack my Leaf razor! And yes, you can take it on a plane!

And that concludes what I keep in my zero waste toiletry bag! Thank you so much for reading. Please don’t forget to share this post and follow me on Instagram for daily low waste living inspiration!
