Everybody loves vintage clothing. Whether they exclusively love it or not. We all dream of coming across a vintage pair of Levi’s at a thrift store and them fitting just right…or maybe that’s just me.
Shopping vintage is an amazing way to appreciate great quality clothing and find a unique piece that many others won’t have in their closets.
But thrifting for vintage pieces is always a gamble. You never know if you’ll find a vintage piece or a logo tee that says something like “swag” or “shopping is my cardio”.
Unless you have a dedicated vintage store near you, you’ll run into this problem a lot. Luckily, there are some wonderful places you can shop vintage online!

Founded in 1995, the rusty zipper is one of the most affordable vintage shops I’ve come across. And definitely has the largest selection from just about any decade you can think of!
4. The Vintage Twin –
The vintage twin believes fashion is a form of self expression and that no two people should be walking around in the same outfit. And they’re gallery proves it. There’s something for everyone on this site!
5. ASOS Marketplace –
ASOS’ marketplace may be a bit of a hit or miss but when you hit, you hit good. They’re known for their vintage denim and vintage brand names. It’s worth keeping an eye on to snag the perfect piece.
6. eBay –
Similar to Etsy, you can find dozens of sellers and shops selling vintage clothing. ebay is more like an Easter egg hunt searching for what you want but it’s kinda fun. And pays off when you find the perfect piece.
7. Beyond Retro –
A goldmine for vintage finds, this is your one stop shop! Beyond retro has a passion for sustainability driven by the need to reduce textiles and including eco-friendly packaging. Yay!
Shopping vintage is a great way to create a unique, one of a kind wardrobe that also benefits to the planet. By shopping vintage and used clothing, you’re keeping your money out of the pockets of the fast fashion industry.
I also believe that vintage clothing was made better, the reason why it’s still around today and still in good shape.
So try out one or all seven of these shops and let me know what you think! And if you know a good place to shop vintage that I forgot to mention, leave it in the comments!
